Garcinia Cambogia 2nd Week Update

This Week's Weight: 160.4


Last Week's Inches:
Chest: 41in
Waist: 34 in
Hips: 38 in
Legs: 22.5 in

This Week's Inches:
Chest: 40 3/4 in
Waist: 33 1/4 in
Hips: 38 in
Legs: 22 1/4 in


Well...

I have to say, i'm a little- okay a lot- disappointed.

As you can see I have gained 2.4 pounds since last week. Although I did lose a tiny little bit in the inches.

I'll be completely honest and tell you that I haven't really been doing that great exercise wise this week but I have been doing better at watching what I am eating.

Craig keeps trying to convince me i'm gaining muscle but i'm finding it a little hard to believe that myself.

I honestly feel like giving up.

But I won't.

Here's to a better week!

  1. Muscle weights more than fat, you know. Your strength could be building thus you weight more.
    Don't let it get you down. Draw a line under it and keep on going!!

    1. Yeah thats what my bf keeps telling me. I just don't feel like i'm doing enough to actually gain muscle so I feel a little confused when I see the scale go up. I'll definitely keep trying though :) Thanks!

  2. Hey, it's okay to feel a little down but I think you're doing incredible! Some people gain pounds and lose inches becase that's just muscle mass. Good luck on the rest of the week! <3

    1. Thank you <3 I haven't really been feeling the greatest lately and I think that mixed with the weight loss thing was just a little too much yesterday. I'm feeling a little better so heres hoping for a great week :)

  3. Ahh no don't feel disappointed, don't let it get you down! It'll take time, some day it'll be up, some day's it'll be down, but keep working hard at it and you'll get there! Good luck for next week! :)

  5. I would focus on the measurements and pay less attention to the number on the scale - you've done so well and especially on your waist area! Girl, you should definitely not be feeling disappointed, you should be out celebrating! haha :)

  6. Agghhh I can definitely relate to this! I have been running and working out like crazy lately, and it seems like progress is so slow, and that sometimes it feels like I'm going backwards! I'm sure you'll achieve your goal, though! :)
