Super Simple 3 Ingredient Banana & Oat Pancakes *Vegan*

Today I have a s u p e r simple 'pancake' recipe to share with you guys! It only requires 3 ingredients, its super yummy and its vegan.

All you need is:

1 banana
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of water

Throw all 3 ingredients into a blender and mix! It should come out with a nice batter-like consistency

Scoop out some batter and form into pancake like circles in a frying pan or on a grill like mine. This batch will make 6 small pancakes.

Flip when you notice the first side becoming firmer (it doesn't take long!)

Once they're done top them with some peanut butter and maple syrup or anything you like really!

That's it! Really quick and easy breakfast. Now its important that I mention these do not taste like nor do they have the same consistency as regular pancakes. They are kind of mushy when you bite into them. Think of it more as compacted fried oatmeal because that's basically all it is!

  3. Yum these look amazing!! On a side note, I wish that I was as good at making pancakes as you are. Mine always come out either burnt or not cooked enough haha

    1. haha using a grill type of thing like I have makes it SO much easier! I totally suck at pan frying anything lol
